With clear vision and proper strategic plan, KRB finished the first stage of its transformation in business unit’s project, a very well-known and global system in major international companies.
Since over a year the idea of applying the system began on all factories in order to unify the course of daily business lines and organize interactions between relevant departments within the company, as well as adding an integrated system to achieve daily work.
The application of the transformation in business units system is only the first step towards applying the administrative decentralization project which will be deliberately applied to all managements.
