Alkifah Holding has introduced this program believing that the organization’s success depends on humans, talents, ambitions, and capabilities of every member within it, especially the national ones.
Alkifah Group has launched this program within a unique work environment characterized by balancing between the requirements of the organization and individual. Thus, it gives the opportunity to talented individuals to emphasize their skills for the benefit of the organization and to achieve their personal ambitions in a short period and in new way that keep pace with change.
It is a one-year program, which aims to prepare individuals throughout a developing career path, and to provide them with the required skills including training, on-job practicing, and time determined tasks to pass each course in only one year. It also ensures a quick promotion and good income for talented.
The program consists of four stages including training, on-job practicing, and periodical assessments in order to make applicants qualified for the suitable job matching their capabilities.
Fresh graduates are trained to a number of technical and administrative positions including HR Specialist, Marketing Specialist, Cost Accountant, Credit Controller, Production Supervisor and Blacksmith.
