Mr. Walid AlAfaleq is the Chairman of the Board of Directors for AlKifah Holding. Along with his role in AlKifah Holding, He is well-known for his passion for agriculture and his experience in the field. He is the Chairman of the Palm and Dates Committee at the Chamber of Commerce in Al-Ahsa, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Nakhla Cooperative Society in Al-Ahsa.

Mr. Walid holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from San Jose University, USA.

Osama AlAfaliq

With an engineering background and deep experience with the enthusiasm, Engineer Osama AlAfaleq, who is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of AlKifah Holding, began by appointing him as General Manager of AlKifah Contracting Company in the early nineties, and he successively opened an engineering office that still exists to this day under the name of Osama Al-Afaleq Engineering Office.

In the early 2000s, he established AlKifah Real Estate Company, then he established Al-Kifah Precast Company, which is distinguished by the quality of its products, as he is still the CEO of the two companies. his experience and managerial skills resulted in the establishment of the AlMotweroon Global to complement the rich experience.. At the beginning of 2015, the Minister of Commerce and Industry issued a decision appointing Eng. Osama Al-Afaleq among the members of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Contractors Authority, and in December 2015 he was selected as a Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Contractors Authority.

Eng. Osama holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and an Executive MBA from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.

Mr. Hani AlAfaleq is a member of the Board of Directors of AlKifah Holding, Chairman of the trading Committee in the Federation of Chambers of Commerce, and Chairman of the Trading Committee in Sharqia Chamber.

Mr. Hani is also present in several boards, including member in Arbah Capital and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Esad Labor Services and the chairman of Tamweel AlOula. In addition his role, Mr. Hani holds several roles in charity organizations such as: vice president and founder of the Athath Cooperative Association, member of the Board of Directors and financial advisor to Thouq Association.

Mr. Hani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an Executive MBA from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.

Salman AlAfaliq

Mr. Salman AlAfaleq is a businessman in the industrial field with distinguished experience. He started his work in the concrete side of AlKifah Ready-mix and Blocks as General Manager, in addition to holding the position of General Manager of KiCE and AlKifah Precast Company.

In addition to his membership in the Board of Directors of AlKifah Holding, and through his passion for charity, Mr. Salman is the head of the CSR Committee at AlKifah and also holds several positions in charitable organizations, including a member of the Board of Directors of the Holy Quran Memorization Association, a member of the Al-Bir Association, and a member of the Dar Al-Khair Center.

Mr. Salman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals

Mr. Saleh AlAfaleq is a member of the Board of Directors of AlKifah Holding and Chairman of the Investment Committee, with strategic sense and experience in business and finance, He is the Managing Director of Tamweel AlOula.

He also currently holds several memberships, including the Board of Directors of Noor Capital in the United Arab Emirates and the National Agricultural Development Company “NADEC”, in addition to being an advisor to the Saudi Federation of Chambers, a member of the Board of Directors of the National Center for Family Enterprises, a member of the Board of Directors of the Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Development Fund, a vice-chairman and a member Board of Directors of Takween Advanced Industries.

Mr. Saleh AlAfaleq held the membership of the Shura Council and chair of the board of directors of Al-Ahsa Chamber for two terms and vice-chairman of the Federation of Chambers. He also held the position of membership of the board of directors of the Industrial Cities Authority, membership of the board of directors of the Civil Aviation Authority, chairman of the board of directors of Al-Ahsa Tourism Company, vice-chairman of the board of directors and member of the executive committee of Arbah Capital And a member of the Board of Directors and a member of the investment committee in Ibdar Bank in Bahrain. And also the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and a member of the Executive Committee of Arbah Capital Company (licensed by the Saudi Capital Market Authority), a member of the Board of Directors and a member of the Investment Committee of the Capital Management House, and former board member of Nadec campany.

Mr. Saleh AlAfaleq holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Management Systems from King Faisal University in Al-Ahsa and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Seattle University in America.

Abdulaziz AlAfaliq

With his sharp experience, passion, and strategic expertise, Eng. Abdulaziz has led the Al Kifah Holding Group as CEO since 2014, and with his sports passion, he leads the Saudi Professional League and is now a board member of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation SAFF.

He holds seats on several boards such as Tamweel AlOula, Ibdar Bank in Bahrain, Research and Consultation Center, and since the beginning of this year on the Board of Directors of Shabab Mojtamay.

Eng. Abdulaziz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration for executives from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
