To fulfill its social responsibility role, and to serve its staff, Al-Kifah Holding, represented by Al-Kifah Corporate Social Responsibility, supported by HR, activated its Ramadan Omra program, which is an annual event where Al-Kifah sponsors 100 employee from the labor class.
The program was split into two groups: one traveled on the 1st, 2nd & 3rd of July, and the second on 7th, 8th & 9th of July. In an atmosphere populated with spirituality and the happiness of giving the employees traveled to Makka to perform the rites of Omar in the blessed time of Ramadan.
Al Kifah also gifted each employee with a praying mat to commemorate the trip.
The selection criteria was that the employee has to be an exemplary one in his performance and attendance and cooperation in the work place, hoping that this would incentives the employees to perform better, and win the blessed Omra.
