AlKifah Real Estates launched a comprehensive development strategy for the commercial and residential complexes owned by AlKifah Group to align with the Saudi Vision 2030 of real estate sector. The company started investing in the development of infrastructure for all administrative, commercial and residential buildings, by improving services facilities such as desalinated water pipes, roads rehabilitation of residential complexes, as well as electrical and networking installation.
The development of infrastructure included a number of agreements with STC to improve the network in administrative buildings, which benefits both the lessee and lessor. On the other hand, the new developments included improving the entertainment facilities based on a field study of real estate entertainment. The company complemented its buildings with different facilities such as swimming pools, restaurants, and gyms supervised by certified trainers.
The Gate magazine had an interview with Mr. Emad AlRayahi, CEO of AlKifah Real Estate, where he highlighted a number of ongoing developments.
“During the past period, real estate market has witnessed crucial changes and terminations of many tenants due to the vacancies caused by economic challenges for national companies. This gap created a new opportunity to attract tenants through providing a number of elegant entertainment facilities for residents and employees, in addition to the superior services that already exist. All of these factors contributed to sign leasing agreements with big companies such as Saudi Aramco, Ma’aden, Alturki Group, and others”.
“All our residential and administrative complexes are equipped with full security systems, Surveillance cameras in corridors and entrances, and 24 hour trained security staff. The safety of our tenants is our priority, therefore, we are providing all of that and currently we are installing access card system”, he added.
Mr. AlRayahi concluded his speech with a note about the company’s residential projects in Jubail. He specified Gelmodah project, one of the significant residential buildings that will be ready for renting soon. It is worth mentioning that it is a smart building, where the tenants can remotely control the lighting, room temperature, and other features through mobile application. The company is looking forward to creating an ideal project exploiting the latest real estate technologies and trends.
