AlKifah Holding Company has lately signed a mutual agreement with STC to connect the company’s branches with each other in alignment with SAP system, which AlKifah adopted earlier this year.
This is considered a subsequent agreement of a previous business contract that was signed between AlKifah and STC at the beginning of 2016. The partnership’s aim is to provide the AlKifah branches and offices, which are 85 around Saudi Arabia, with high-speed internet, three times faster than the current one. The branches will be connected to a centralized point in AlKifah Holding Tower.
In fact, the decision to sign such agreement was taken after a careful study of AlKifah requirements for eight months with the cooperation of Gulf Boost IT Solutions, the strategic partner of AlKifah in technology. The study resulted in a strategic plan to improve the infrastructure of AlKifah’s network, and the agreement is estimated to last for ten years.
“This agreement is based on a strategic goal to create synergy among AlKifah companies, leading to flexibility in performance and the daily tasks at work. Developing AlKifah’s technical infrastructure is fundamental to excel at our job and satisfy our clients”, said Eng. Abdulaziz Al-Afaleq, AlKifah group CEO.
It is worth mentioning that this investment will create a full package of high quality services for Alkifah’s subsidiaries, connecting them with each other and with the world at large.
