Under the continuous efforts of AlKifah Private Schools to enhance the quality standards of the schools, the administration has endorsed the Teacher Performance Indicator(KPIs)s to be the main measurement tool at AlKifah Private Schools.
The Educational Supervision Department in AlKifah Schools has taken such decision after two years of a thorough study that included preparing and applying the project for a year, then making the required amendments and improvements, until the project was approved by a group of specialists in KFU.
The project aims to tune and indicate the teachers’ performance through including the latest tools in evaluation, which greatly improved the standards of AlKifah School teachers.
The new concept of these indicators, which are applied at AlKifah Schools, is not the definition of the standards, but they consider the students’ needs including academic performance as well as psychological and social needs. They also provide an opportunity to the teachers to show their talents, creativity and excellence.
It is worth mentioning that the supervision team is preparing a work sheet of the project to be presented in educational conferences, since AlKifah Schools is keen to share and popularize such successful experience.
