Al-Kifah Holding Company has announced recently the acquisition and selection of its new ERP system, SAP. The announcement has been made by Group CEO in Feb 2015 in a festive celebration in Alkifah Tower premises in Dammam. The ceremony, which was organized by CIO Office, was attended by company Chairman, Board members, CEO’s, Executive Managers, General Manager, and Clouds Community Members of Al-Kifah Group. The addition of Gulf Boost, ADIVO and SAP Saudi Arabia Management added further charm to the event.
This strategic decision was directed by the new vision of Al-Kifah which showcases it as a company who is seeking agility and excellence. This step was taken in order to create higher value for all its stakeholders whom Alkifah caters internally and externally.
During the event, Group Chairman Mr. Waleed Al-Afaleq highlighted the importance of top management role during the implementation by showcasing his personal experience while applying the previous ERP system in the group. Group CEO Eng. Abdul Aziz Afaleq also stated that “the new SAP ERP will fill those gaps that our company looking for long time. However, it requires great commitment from everyone within organization to play his/her role during the implementation”. The Group Executive Information Officer Mr. Toufique Khan highlighted the role of the specialized team responsible during the implementation, specially the role of Clouds Community Members within organization.
In order to motivate the moral of organization during the requirement collection, Chrome Books have been awarded to the community members as the reward of recognition.
