AlKifah held a ceremony to celebrate the graduation of the outstanding safety officers who were enrolled in the in-depth training program which ends in recruitment of 18 employees, which is part of the company’s Saudization Plan activated in cooperation with AlKifah Contracting Company (KCC) and AlKifah Training and Consultancy (KTC) and under the supervision of AlKifah Holidng.
The ceremony was attended by Eng. Osama AlAfaleq, AlKifah Holding Board Member, Eng. Ibrahim Salem, CEO of AlKifah Contracting Company (KCC), Eng. Saleh AlKatheer, COO of AlKifah Holding, and Mr. Abdulrahman Joud, Executive Director of AlKifah Training and Consultancy (KTC).
It is worth mentioning that AlKifah Training & Consultancy is a specialized consultancy center established in 2015 to improve employee competencies and support their career development, which is responsible for implementing a comprehensive training plan to add value to the employee and the company.
